Wonderful vacation apartments in a converted hay barn

We can offer you two vacation apartments in the heart of the beautiful Engadine village of Sent. The two second homes are located in a converted hay barn, which impresses with a perfectly coordinated interior design and lots of charm. The former stable building was completely renovated in 2002 and a 3-room apartment and a 4.5-room maisonette apartment were created.

The 3-room apartment has a spacious entrance area and a cozy living room with an open kitchen made of solid Swiss stone pine. The easy-care floor is made of granite (brushed) and has underfloor heating. The original bathroom with shower and bathtub exudes a special charm and has many beautiful details that perfectly match the rustic design of the apartment. The two beautiful, bright bedrooms with typical round arches have a cozy design. The reclaimed wood planks, which serve as flooring, create a special flair.

The 4.5-room maisonette is located on the 1st floor and attic. A large kitchen made of solid Swiss stone pine with a cooking island is located on the second floor. High-quality granite floor tiles have also been laid here. The large open-plan living room offers a special highlight - a 360° fireplace in the middle of the room. The cozy fireplace can be viewed from all sides and creates a special living feeling. A balcony is accessible from the living and dining area. There is also a bathroom with shower on this floor. The upper floor offers two beautiful bedrooms with double beds, as well as a smaller bedroom. A bathroom with a corner bathtub and a view of the mountains is located between the bedrooms. Another sunny balcony offers a view of the Lower Engadine mountains.

In the basement of the house, all three parties have access to a sauna and a ski room with ski boot heating. The building services and two washing towers with WM/TU are also located here. The garage with three parking spaces, which can also be purchased, is directly accessible from the basement.
